Composition: alfalfa (Medicago sativa), a perennial plant that surpasses other grass crops in terms of the content of nutrients, which is why it is also called “the first of the first”:
Protein content – 20%
Mass fraction of fiber – 26%
Mass fraction of moisture – 10 -12%
Carotene content – 270 mg/kg.
After drying at high temperatures, such flour retains all useful properties even with long storage periods (6 months), as well as maximum indicators of protein, carotene, feed units content, it assumes the absence of harmful fungi and mold.
