Scope of application

in the dairy industry in the production of spreads, sour cream products, cheese and cheese products, yogurts, ice cream, condensed milk, processed cheeses, drinks; in the compound feed industry for the production of fodder for agricultural animals, incl. production of milk substitutes; in the meat processing industry in the production of cooked sausages, sausages, anchovies as a substitute for dry milk; in the confectionery and bakery industry in the production of confectionery products, bakery products, chocolate pastes, candy fillings and various glazes; in the oil and fat industry in the production of mayonnaise and fatty sauces; in the perfumery and pharmaceutical industry in the production of various shampoos, creams, masks, cosmetic serums, medical products; in the brewing industry; for the production of sports nutrition.
Any whey is a mixture of proteins, lactose, minerals and water, during the production of cheese, a large part of the lactose passes into it, as well as almost all milk salts, minerals and trace elements. It is this composition that makes it extremely useful for humans and farm animals and indispensable in the production of many food and cosmetic products.
